Global express delivery to most destinations. All goods need to be signed for upon delivery. All overseas customers will receive an email within 48hours informing of the expected delivery times. All orders outside the EU will not be charged VAT but you will be liable to pay your country's custom fees and import duties upon receiving your package.

- All scissors come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing faults.
This warranty does not cover damage sustained under normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, improper maintenance or unauthorised repairs.
Any products proven to be defective upon our inspection will be repaired/replaced free of charge.
- We offer a full exchange/refund on all goods in a saleable condition within 14 days of purchase.
Due to reasons of hygiene, combs, brushes and clips can not be returned once the product packaging has been opened.
